Exchanges and Returns

OfficeBox accepts returns on most products purchased from our online store, returned within 7 days of delivery.

This excludes customised products, furniture and products specifically indicated as being non refundable.

Goods must be returned in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

To prevent delays, please re-order goods online and you will be credited for the returned goods once received and approved.

Steps for a Clean Return & Refund.

  1. Complete and submit the online Return Enquiry form below.
  2. You will be contacted by our Customer Service Team. If the return is approved, you will be emailed a Return Approved Doc with a Return Authority Number.
  3. A copy of the Return Approved Doc must accompany the Goods returned.
  4. After we’ve received and checked the returned Goods, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team who will email the Credit Note or notify you of any reason why the credit has been declined. I.e not in original packaging.
