Competitor pricing can't be from a Wholesaler or manufacturer.
Any supplier invoices used for Price Comparison purposes, need to be from a registered Stationery Company in South Africa.
A Company doing a Price Comparison can't be linked to a Stationery or Office Supplies Company in anyway.
The suppliers invoice needs to be dated within 60 days of doing the Price Comparison.
The suppliers invoice/s needs to be for an order/s that’s been delivered in full. OfficeBox has the right to request a POD.
If OfficeBox can prove there was an increase in Copy Paper, after the date of the competitors invoice date, OfficeBox has the right to exclude that product/s from the Price Comparison.
If OfficeBox doesn't offer a product/s on the list, OfficeBox can offer their closest alternative where possible or has the right to exclude the product/s from the Cost Comparison.
A Company requesting a Cost Comparison must have a 30 day acc open with their supplier whose invoices are being used for the comparison.
